Claire is 9 months old!

On February 4th Claire turned 9 months! Time has flown by. She was 21 lbs 5 ounces and 29 1/2 inches long. She is crawling everywhere. She loves to smile and wave at people. We think she said dadda this week and really meant it. She's been saying it awhile when daddy is nowhere around but she woke up on Friday morning and she said it to him! She has a serious side, she likes to study everything. Sometimes she is not so sure about things, she never cries just looks real serious. She loves to laugh, Emily can get her laughing pretty good. She is starting to become a more consistent sleeper at night. We usually get about 5 days where she will sleep though the night and thenshe is up in the middle of the night??? She has her two bottom teeth in. We thought a few weeks ago that her two top ones were going to pop through but they stil haven't.

Daisy Body Talk

Today I went to Daisy Body Talk. I learned about being healthy. You should exercise an hour every single day. I learned that you should not just yank a loose tooth out because it might break off the roots. I was picked to be Captain Clean Teeth. I had to pick people to do activities.

Lost a Tooth!

A few weeks ago Emily finally lost her first tooth. It had been loose since well before Christmas. It finally was wiggly enough. She did not want us to touch it. Daddy said, "let me look." He took a tissue and yanked it out. It happened so fast! She was so excited. She put the tooth under her pillow that night and the tooth fairy left her a big bonus for it being her first tooth ($10.00)! She is very excited because today the tooth next to the big hole is now loose.
