Happy Easter!

Today was such a fun day! I had to search for my Easter basket this morning. I looked upstairs and I looked downstairs and then I looked in the oven and finally I found it in the closet (the pantry). It was filled with goodies. I got a lot of chocolate jelly beans, a jumprope, a football, a nightgown that matches baby Emma's and a cinderella doll that changes colors in the bathtub.
After looking through my Easter basket we got ready for our special lunch. I got to dress up. Mommy blew up my hair and put lips on me. Daddy took me outside to take some pictures. I was giving him cheesy smiles. Then we went into the backyard and mommy tried taking a few.
I was having so much fun running in my dress.
After my nap I wanted to get dressed up again and take pictures with baby Emma. We had matching dresses.
Mommy really likes this one of me. I hope that everyone had a Happy Easter today.

Grammy's Easter Egg and A Day at the Park

Grammy sent me this big egg filled with goodies from Michigan. I was so excited to open it. It was almost as big as me! Here is a picture of me opening the Godiva chocolates! Yummy Yummy. Mommy says chocolate is not good for my tummy. I say yes it is!

What else is in there? I got a cute bunny outfit, I am wearing it in the picture below. I got this glitter book that I can color. I got this adorable (mommy's words) pink dress with polka dots, and I got a mariposa necklace ( A butterfly necklace). I loved all of it! Thank you Grammy!!

Yesterday was a beautiful 74 degree day here. We went to the park. Daddy was trying to teach me how to swing on my own. I was wearing one of the new outfits that Grammy had sent me. Then we went to the ice cream place and I got watermelon sorbet. I ate it all!! It was such a beautiful day to sit outside.

Busy, Busy, Busy!

We had a very busy Saturday. The pictures are not in chronological order. That drives mommy nuts but she doesn't know how to fix it! First we went to an Easter egg hunt. We raced to get there and then it was over in less than a minute! I still had fun. Then we had to get back in the car zippy quick to get down to the St. Patrick's day parade (I call it the leperchaun party). Then after the parade we went to the festival and I got to bounce and then we listened to irish music, and watched the Irish dancers. Then we ate pizza at this nice restaurant out on the sidewalk. Daddy said it was a beautiful day. I thought so too. After lunch I got my face painted with a shamrock and then we went to the museum to see snakes, sea turtles and other reptiles. It was a very busy day! I fell asleep as soon as I got in the car. Then when we got home we decorated my easter eggs! This is me dancing a jig!

Isn't my shamrock pretty?

I was walking to the museum singing. I like the way my voice reflected off the buildings.

I am all ready for the easter egg hunt.

When the parade started it was sunny and warm, by the end it was cold and rainy. Mommy said it was like Michigan weather.
Look at this leperchaun! He was a little too big for my leperchaun catcher!

By the end of the parade I had 10 bead neckalces, a fudgsicle, a lot of tootsie rolls, and an icee pop!

Riding My Bike

This weekend we spent a lot of time outside. On Saturday we played frisbee (disc golf),my choice, I love chasing the frisbee in the trees. We also played tennis. Wow that is a lot of running. Then on Sunday we went to the park and I rode my new bike. It is very hard pushing the pedals. I fell once, I had trouble around the curves. I got right back up and wanted to continue to ride. I told mommy and daddy this was teamwork. They laughed I don't really know why!
I like my new bike and I am happy that it is getting warmer outside so that I can ride it more!
